About Us

As a physical therapist for over 30 years, I saw how dull and impersonal walkers are. Cold, metal, and they all look the same! I was inspired by my patients to provide a way to show each person's interests and style, and to personalize their walker or wheelchair in a way that was meaningful to them. So, Walker Styles and Mobility Designs were born. Over time, I saw all age groups were interested in showing their style on their walkers, wheelchairs, and scooters too. Your mobility aid is an extension of YOU so it should complement your personality and interests!

Our design shop is located in Austin, Tx USA where our team focuses on making each name plate as special as the person who will use it.  Our banners are made with high-quality material that is waterproof and tough.  The hook-and-loop attachments make position adjustments easy and allow removal if needed when storing your mobility aid or traveling. Whether your mobility aid is temporary, or a permanent part of your life, it should reflect your personality and style.
